Some contest are not fair

I got to know a contest that I taken part and I find it is not fair. It was a few months back but I like to talk about it now. I remember the blog owner say if top commentator will get $5 but in the end never mention about the winner. I know I won but the blog owner just quiet.

Maybe it is because I won in previous contest of the blog and I am not allow to win again? But if yes the blog owner should say it and let everyone know and not just keeping quiet. I find that I wasted my time there and invested energy there.

At the moment, I think I am the only person that experience this.
